The commercial relationship between Arelia and the client begins with the signing of a commercial quote or services agreement setting out the scope of the service, pricing, payment terms, lead times, SLAs, responsibilities and any other applicable clauses.
Arelia reserves the right to accept or decline any request, in particular on grounds of operational capacity, geographic area or the suitability of the service requested.
The “ROI calculator” provided on the website gives purely indicative estimates, based on sector averages and on the data the user chooses to enter.
The figures it produces do not constitute a commercial offer and cannot be relied on as binding. The final quote may vary according to factors specific to the client’s actual operation, location, real volume and the contractual terms negotiated.
